We were very pleased with their friendly staff and our room was upgraded to a top floor with the ocean view window. We'll be back to this hotel again if we come to Nhs Trang.

1. Female staff is friendly and speak good English, bravo. 2. Except for the private pool at 7th floor, nothing much to warrant the steep price for the room which fortunately I booked it at a discounted price, which is still more expensive than some reasonable hotels around the same vicinity. 3. Room is clean but small, balcony view is forgettable, so narrow and facing next building so not really useful other than occasional smoking session. 4. Writing desk is small difficult to work on, dim and no lights on top of it. The electrical outlet is so loose, my laptop/phone charger kept disconnected. Had to check the charge occasionally. However, there are ample electrical outlet near the bedside. 5. Instead of giving 2 bottles of mineral water, the hotel provide drinking water in glass bottle so a bit skeptical on the source. We decided to get our own drinking water from convenient store. 6. Airport transfer from hotel to airport is 350k, 100k more expensive than the usually rate I gotten so far. Most hotels charge 250k - 300k so you are better off negotiating and making personal arrangement with any Grab drivers to come and pick you up to airport. 7. Overall I would say average hotel.

Average hotel one street back from the beach. Message not received about the change for one of the rooms to be changed to a twin room. Had to pay extra. Staff were good but a bit pushy to book tours through them. Beds were very hard but we found most of the hotels we stayed in Vietnam were firm.

Nice hotel in quiet side street. 5 minute walk to beach. Room was good with a really nice shower. Staff were very efficient and helpful. Was leaving on late train and they said I could leave my bag and when I came back to get a towel from reception. I could have a shower and change before going to the station. It was very much appreciated. Breakfast was great. A buffet with lots of choices and very good food. Would definately stay hete again.

Great location, within walking distance to everything you’d want to see. Street (alley) has great food and little shops on it. Breakfast is pretty good, and reception is very helpful. Although it promotes a spa there isn’t actually one; I went to a different hotel for a spa day after a negative experience at one of the spas across from the hotel. Lots of random outages: first the internet was out for a day, then our lights were out for a day, then the cable went out and never came back while we were there. Our room had a broken lamp (electric short) and was missing the A/C remote. Felt like I was always asking the front desk to fix something. But it was very clean and well maintained otherwise, and the staff spoke good English (this was extremely helpful to us as we speak zero Vietnamese). Get a balcony room if possible: although the Novotel is right in front you still have good views of the beach/ocean!

Positive experience for a short stay

I ended up arriving to Nha Trang at 4:30am, which really wasn’t planned. I wasn’t sure what to expect at the hotel when I turned up at 5am, but the door was open so I went in (a man was sleeping at reception) and sat down and waited. I think they took pity on me because I was allowed to check into my room at 8am, which was an absolute heaven sent. I loved the room, it was by far the best stay in my entire Vietnam trip. It had a little balcony, and although the window and balcony faced the hotel next door, the sea was visible inbetween the buildings. The bed was really comfortable, I loved the room. A/C worked fine, there were snacks available (for an extra fee), the bathroom was a lovely size and well equipped. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and a block away from many restaurants and small shops. Receptionists were very helpful, assisted me in booking my bus to Dalat. Wifi works really well throughout the hotel and breakfast was the best selection I’ve seen on my trip. I wish I could have stayed longer I really liked this hotel.

Nice hotel , beach just across the street . View from balcony room 1003 is so amazing and weather also a bit cold , Hotel is in city center area you just can walk to reach nigh market , tower incense , Nha Trang beach ,alexandre yersin museum and along the beach is really nice place to relax .

Nice hotel in good spot

This hotel provided just what we needed; a comfortable bed and some where to freshen up. Its a short walk to the beach and a short stroll to the night markets and other popular nightlife. The staff were very friendly and quick to help with requests.

Awful! Staff was not friendly or welcoming. The first room was not the one we booked. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The bathroom was more like a wet room. Sink was leaking, the slippers were worn out, not enough toilet paper. We were promised the room we booked the next day, however we got the run around with excuses. Not worth the money. The only nice thing was the breakfast and leaving. Not worthy to be on hotels.com website.
