We had a room with the beach view, the full windows overlooking the beach was fantastic. Easy access to the beach was also a bonus. Unfortunately they did not offer free breakfast - restaurant was available at the hotel.

We have nothing but good things to say about our stay at this hotel (our first). Parking was a little clunky but the hotel is super clean, our room comfortable and quiet, and we couldn't beat the peaceful surroundings. While we prefer to stay at hotels that offer a hot breakfast we would not hesitate to stay at this hotel our next time in Newport.

Beautiful views. My husband and I had a relaxing dinner at the restaurant and a great time walking the property by the beach. We used the laundry facilities which were credit card pay and easy to use.
