My mom and I were traveling the Oregon coast for her 80th birthday so we stayed at many places. If I could have given us one more than five stars, I would. Everything from the Customer Service at the front desk to all of the staff we came in contact with. The cleanliness of our room was beyond towards. I walked around in my socks and they didn’t get dirty!

I would have given this hotel a 5 star review but this was the first best western we have ever stayed at where there was no option for an included breakfast. The breakfast offered was very expensive and just ok nothing special for the price. The best part of this hotel is being able to walk the beach at low tide early in the morning. Beautiful!

What a great property! The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We didn't hear any of our neighbors. The ceiling by the sliding door had some water damage, but it wasn't very noticeable. The hotel is in a great location, which made it easy to visit places in any direction. The staff was friendly and helpful. We hope to stay here again.

The view was beautiful. But the room smelled so bad from dog urine, that we couldn’t sleep. One ice machine was working after we went to every flood in search of ice. They could have put info on the broken down machines directing us where to go.

The desk clerk was very helpful in obtaining our room. The room smelled strongly of WET DOG The next morning when we inquired regarding breakfast a different clerk was somewhat arrogant and “snarky”

Not handicapped friendly at all. Handicapped rooms farthest down hall Long walk from elevator and restaurant and parking exits. No ocean view at that end of building even though so stated in description of room. They use a freight elevator to transport wheelchair and scooters down to restaurant and young staff can never find key. The elevator then only takes you to lounge with limited seating and no access to seating below at windows with a view. Server for breakfast too young to provide alcoholic drinks like Mimosas. I ordered what I thought was a very expensive crab omelette for breakfast and it was just some crab folded inside a flat egg pancake with nothing else. No cheese or anything else. Totally disappointed. Clam chowder at dinner was indifferent and mostly just creamy soup without much else. Staff was pleasant. My overall opinion leaves much to be desired and after pushing my walker to room down a long hall I am tired and sore. We drove to other places to eat. Will not ever return.

We made a last minute reservation because we had been on the road for a while and check in was easy and quick. The room was clean, quiet and nice. Beds were comfortable and the shower/bathroom was quite big. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker available as well. Good location just off the 101 and right on the coast and access to the beach.
