Not impressed

We stayed in an apartment which was in a totally separate building further up the street. The apartment itself was basic and quite dirty. Multiple stains on the floor and sofa and not much in the way of free products in the bathroom to use. If you wanted to purchase any drinks or snacks, they were a ridiculously high price. Will not be staying here again.

The room was freezing cold when I checked in. There's no regulated heating, and classic radiators were ice cold. Thankfully I was given a portable heater after complaining. Towel drier was luke warm, hence bathroom was cold continuously. I appreciate electricity prices, but I think for a 4 star hotel charging circa £200 per night this situation should be more than embarrassing. I would also consider a good carpet cleaning throughout the hotel (including the rooms) as their current condition is well below satisfactory.

Has a really lovely welcome after a long journey which goes such a long way. The room was great and I had no need to worry about noise from overlooking the busy train station. The secondary glazing made it cozy and quiet. Breakfast was good too.

Beautiful apartment close to all amenities.

We really love the accommodation, it was clean, very nicely furnished and the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were lovely and just what we needed. Beds were really comfortable also. The Aparthotel is ideally situated also, being close to the train station, shops and only 5 - 10 minutes walk from Eldon Square. It is right in the middle of town.
