The room itself was terrible. Paint peeling off the doors, the bright light outside was on all night. It was like daylight inside the unit. Had to use a cup to fill kettle ad it didn't fit under hand basin. Very disappointing.

Had to follow up via phone numerous times to be able to pay early and to then know what the key code was as we would be checking in late that night. The room was literally shocking when we walked in. Big holes in the walls, generally untidy, missing floor tiles in the bathroom, general state of disrepair. Honestly, it is by far the worst motel experience I have ever had, and I have stayed in numerous ones across the country.

The room was from the 1920. Outdated paint off walls,carpet ingrounded with dirt. The single bed mattress was like sleeping on concrete, and the queen was sunken in the middle. The pool was filthy. First night no sleep because of drugged up women abusing each other all night. At this stage should not have 1 star. I should have been refunded 50% of rates. A lot of work needs to be done.

Retro style little motel. Easy check in, as we arrived late at night and the room was set up for us to just walk in and collapse. Clean facilities. Within very short drive of a fab cafe - onyx - where we went for a pretty awesome brekky the next day.

Neat, clean, good value - Perfect for a good place to sleep for a short visit. Very helpful staff, easy to access surrounds. Appearance of a classic Motel from the past. Fairly quiet - lovely birds in the morning.

Great staff and very friendly and helpful. As a regular traveller there is no laundry and pool was little dirty. All in all great bed and okay for 3 star motel.
