The worst hotel experience I have ever had. There are no carpets on the floor, the bathroom is out of order, and the water is very cold in winter when the temperature is minus one outside -1•

Stay here only if u need a room to sleep. Seemed clean enough but 0 amenities. Had to ask front desk for toilet paper and hangers!! Heat was noisy - suffocating then cold. 1st room smelled like stale smoke. 2nd on 1st floor was noisy during the nite. Don’t stay here.

I order business suite.they give me one small dirty room with only one bed inside.not any other furniture. The pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual product, don't let their pictures deceive you.

I booked a two-night stay here through Expedia. When I checked in and entered the room, I found it in very poor condition. The walls were peeling, the cabinets had visible mold, the floor was dirty, and the curtains could not be opened or closed properly. Because of these hygiene and maintenance issues, I decided to leave immediately and did not stay overnight at all. The front desk told me to contact Expedia. Later I was informed that the hotel refused to refund anything, so I was charged for the full stay even though I could not use the room. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.
