This hotel impressed me. The rooms are renovated and comfortable, the bathrooms are modern and elegant, and the service is top-notch and friendly. I don't remember her name, but the receptionist was always willing to help. I recommend it if you want to stay near JFK.

Overall, this was a perfect stay for the night before a flight. We had no issues whatsoever with the check-in, shuttle reservation, or the room itself. The only thing that was a bother was the tub sitting a little higher than the bathroom floor, making it perilous to get out of the shower without being very careful about supporting yourself.
The tub sits higher than than the floor in this room, and water leaks onto the floor.

Your communications marketed there being complimentary transportation to the airport “every hour on the hour”. After I arrived I was told that did not start until 5 am, too late for my 6:00 am flight. Had to use the private car offered at $25, plus tip. The hotel shuttle that picked me up at the airport the night before was fine and the driver helpful.
