Better than I expected. Hidden gem.

Wife and I were in town for a funeral. Place was safe, clean, up to date. I did not have time for breakfast but we smelled it daily. The staff was courteous. The only issue we had was parking. You're on your own. We drove around the block twice and were good.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn JFK Airport for two nights and found it to be a practical and convenient choice, especially for travelers needing to catch a flight. The room was clean and comfortable, and although not overly spacious, it had everything we needed for a short stay. The free airport shuttle was a big plus and ran on time, making our early departure stress-free. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with questions or directions. One thing to note is that the area around the hotel doesn't offer many food options, so we ended up ordering delivery. The grab-and-go breakfast was okay but quite limited—more of a snack than a meal. Also, we could occasionally hear some noise from outside, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short layover or overnight stay near JFK. Clean, safe, and very functional, with helpful service and easy airport access.

Shuttle Service is poor I had to wait for 1hr before I picked up from fedral circle, Even though rooms were available I have been asked for $40 USD if I wanted to Check-IN before 3:00 PM. No Shuttle service was available at 4:00 AM .

The receptionist was not rude but not friendly either I wanted to leave my bags downstairs for the night and that was not an option. There were many stairs to get to the lobby My Uber driver had to take my bags down

Staff were amazing! So friendly, personable and competent. Beds were super comfortable! Breakfast was very good. We ordered in soir which was delivered and we could eat in the breakfast area which was appreciated. A free shuttle was included which took us to JFK - the driver however was 'rough'

Employees were great Under staffed…..maybe need someone to answer the phone. Employees stayed positive and friendly through the droves of people checking in…room was clean. Security officer was nice to see. Shuttle service should run earlier than 5 with rush hour traffic; we hired scab.

It wasn’t like I was expecting luxury… but the stay was way worse than I expected. the windows are thin and you hear music and honking all night. The one thing I depended on, the 0500 shuttle, was gone at 450 and left me calling an Uber. Probably better to just pay a little more for the Marriott.
