We checked in and went to our room. When we arrived the door was open and there was someone inside smoking pot. We turned around and went back to desk. Got a different room. There was a group of kids, maybe a team, traveling with adults. 2 teenage girls arrived back in the lobby when we did telling their adult there was a man in their room. That could have been a really ugly situation. Our room was very shabby and did not smell clean. There was no way to close the privacy curtains because the rod in the middle was missing. Hallway carpet was filthy. For breakfast the seating area was filthy and also.the exterior view through the windows was filthy. Breakfast was not open on time and when it did open the hot food wasn't ready. We went To get our shuttle. It.had not been changed from the.wrong room and also had already left. There was not another available shuttle.until 1000 which is when we fly so needed a taxi. I was informed that.was $25, I didnt think it was going to be free. I dont know what the desk person expected me to do miss my flight, $25 was inconsequential at that point. Not the best way to start 10 hours of flying today. On the otherhand, the taxi driver was.awesome and fun and made up for the awful hotel experience. I cannot believe Hilton would associate with a.dump like this.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good - many choices. Parking was terrible- very congested. We had to walk down the street with our luggage as Uber was not to pick us up at the entrance. The room could have been better- no black out drapes

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn before and this is the first time that I had an unpleasant experience. The front of the hotel was packed with cars waiting to be parked and on the street there was 2 lanes of double parked cars. The staff at the front desk were nice and professional But it didn't change the chaotic atmosphere. I stayed in room 217 and it needs to be closed for some repairs. The bathroom floor was flooded with water every time I took a shower, the shower is wheelchair accessible but the shower bench is unsteady, there were rust in the tub and I almost fell due to the wet floor, caused by the shower not draining properly. My feet got wet every time I used the bathroom overnight. The toilet tissue holder is broken, the roll of tissue kept on landing in the trash can. I hope you take this as a constructive criticism. Thank you.

The computer system was down and I was told it was down for some time. Everything had to be handled manually. The desk clerk was moving as fast as she could, but there was a line out the door. There was only one bartender/server, and she was unable to keep up. For the price of this hotel, it's a shame that they couldn't have gotten their stuff working. The room was great. The staff was very courteous and polite, but understaffed.

We waited a long time for the shuttle. Check in was terrible. I booked two rooms and still have not gotten my $50 refund for the security deposit for each room. There was no water to take showers. I was told we would get a refund for both rooms. I was told it would be credited back to Expedia and then I would be credited. I’m still waiting.
