Mediocre!

I’m not the type to complain but It was a mediocre stay. By paying $341.00 for one night, I would expect a bottle of water in the room, vs. having to buy a coke at the lobby for $6.00 plus tax. The entry door was difficult to open and the overall age points or neglect of the place, made it feel like a 2 star hotel.

We arrived at 10 pm. The only options if eating was a bowl of lettuce filled with bacon. This was not a selection i could chose from for dietary reasons. The hotel was not what i am used to from Hampton Inn.

We chose this hotel because the pictures were cute and looked like other airport Hampton Inns. It was not cute. The key card they gave us didn't work and when we finally found a security guard to let us in (our flight was delayed, it was the middle of the night) we entered the dank room with a dirty shower and stained carpet and slept in our clothes. The morning after I waited in line as the two front desk people ignored me. On a bright note, the woman in the breakfast area was super sweet and both of the shuttle drivers were great as well.

I booked at the Hotel because parking was allegedly available. When I got into the hotel for checking the parking lot was fool and I refused to park outside. Then I could not cancel on line. Waisted of money and efforts. I am dissapointed with Travelocity. This is not the first time. You are experts in fine print travel cancelation and selling policies.
