The only positives to this property was the distance to the airport and the linen was clean The room itself was dirty, floors, walls, grout. Extremely noisy from both indoor guests and outside. The two bedside lights didn’t work so only room light was at the entry. Phone in room has no call list so couldn’t reach reception. Tv has poor signal. Neighborhood not one you would walk around at dusk, motel lift not secure as key card not required for access, probably contributed to the amount of noise coming from the next room as was way more guests than the room should hold. Receptionist at departure didn’t look up from her phone, keys were gathering in the drop box on reception desk, she clearly was only there to occupy the seat. Avoid this motel.

We stayed here because it was really close to the JFK, it was very clean and the room was nice and its the perfect place to stay if you are leaving on an early flight the next day, they have a shuttle too, the only thing that was interesting was the people at the front desk didn't seem to know much about the shuttle or airport time frames (like how long it would take to get there on the shuttle ) but maybe they were new

Sadly the room had a very saggy collapsed mattress and one of the light fittings was broken. As we were on an overnight before heading back to the airport we put up with it.

Broken blinds in bedroom so that outsiders could see in. Staff switched the room but it was a hassle to go all the way down to the front office because the room phone didn't work - in either room they gave. No wifi info given automatically with the key. Have to use one inconvenient elevator substitute to get luggage out of the main office, then take it all the way around the building to the real elevator to get to the room. I would not stay here again.

Most important to note is that thetr are stairs once you enter the lobby that you have to take to go to your room and dining room. That means that you have to carry your bags up and down those stairs in order to go from your room to the shuttle and vice versa. It is not accessible for people on wheelchairs or limited mobility! Know that the shuttle only takes you to Federal circle where you'll have to take the airtrain to your terminal. This is contrary to other hotels in the area who take you directly to your terminal and airlines. The continental breakfast os basically boiled eggs, waffles and bread. The hotel itself looks a little dirty and so dod the room. You can probably find better for a little more money.

This is the worst Quality Inn I have stayed at! You have to climb down a flight of stairs to get to the room that is on the 1st floor!!! It was very inconvenient to say the least, as we had 3 suitcases since we had just got off an international flight! The room had the least amenities... There were only plastic glasses even for the coffee machine! The breakfast bar has limited space and not enough seating for the guests. Thankfully, we only had a one night stay!

Don't stay here, not worth the savings.

Minimum help with suitcases. Smells of Marijuana doing the night. It was the 4th Jul so did not expect it to be quiet and was right about that. Next time I will spend the extra to feel safe.

Very convenient location, comfortable bed. Price is affordable compared to others. Unfortunately, New staff complicated check in, we couldn't park in handicap because the shuttle used it the whole night even though they weren't picking up anyone, and the intercom at the front desk didn't work so you had to shout at them just to get through the glass. The staff charged me $2,500 for $25 parking fee that wasn't disclosed initially, and i spent two hours on the phone with my credit card company disputing the charge so i could use my card while traveling.
