Overall, the location in Times Square was great. It had bakeries across the street if you weren’t doing breakfast at the hotel. Personally, the price of the breakfast wasn’t worth the price. Although there were several options, the eggs, more often than not, were runny and the sausage patties were somewhat dry. Different mornings they had pancakes, waffles, and French toast. Room was filthy!! Crud everywhere, sofa bed had nasty stains all over and not even vacuumed. Dust was flying all over. We showed the photos and videos to the hotel and they changed our room. The next room, although a bit better, was still far from clean. Multiple hair on the sheets. Next day the shower started spewing brown water. It was nasty!! The hotel did promise to refund one night (out of the six) but that was only after multiple conversations and sharing the photos and videos. Bottom line, if you are looking for a clean room, this is not your spot. It’s no way a 4 start hotel. Also, stay away from the breakfast package. Food is terrible and you have to stand in a long line to get a table. There are so many other nicer and less expensive options nearby.

The room was clean, staff was really kind. Everyone who worked there was so helpful even getting our taxi to the airport for us. I was concerned about staying here due to some of the reviews around the smoke sensors but thankfully we had no issues. Also room service food was fabulous! Since Covid hit I haven’t experienced good room service so this was a first in many years. Definitely recommend the hotel.

The stay was great overall. The only downside was that, when I arrived, they said they didn’t have my reservation and that Expedia hadn’t sent them anything. I had to show my confirmation number to get it sorted out.
