This hotel seems to have been put up over night next to an urban Home Depot. When we arrived there was someone sleeping in on the sidewalk out front. While it was clean and most of the items seemed to be recently purchased from IKEA,it was very loud. In the middle of the night we were woke up by ver loud adult relations happening and seemed to go on most of the night. It seemed maybe the room was being rented for “industry”. I would not have rented this place if I had a better understanding of where it was but assumed it would be an easy stay next to the airport.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Shopping just steps away, parking was rough, but we were able to use the meters on the surrounding blocks.

Communication is horrible - no one responds to messages and they aren’t clear on the phone when they finally decide to answer Sheets had to be changed / hair was everywhere

It was located in an area where I'm from and it's a renewed area with great availability to transportation and shopping. But the hotel itself even being new, it was a terrible place to stay. The room was acloset. No table and even 1 chair to do paperwork or use a laptop,no phone in the room to get a wake up call. The toilet was in a closet separate from the shower which was in another closet space covered with a shower curtain. The face basin was in the foyer against the right side wall by the room door. I can see that the hotel makes money off the city to house displaced people and from what I observed being from the area, women renting rooms there to do their side hustle of indecent behavior. Then seeing people that are obviously displaced going in and out of the property and in the elevator and rooms with dogs that are not service animals because they are wearing the proper ID tags or apparel. This location should be investigated and removed from your site. I will be filing an formal complaint with the BBB about this location and will post on social media a negative review about this place as well as your service as to advertising this on your website. Not worth the money I paid for an overnight trip.
