Basic clean room, nice size. Free WiFi. Tub with shower head. Mini fridge in room, and microwave and ice maker, along with vending machines, available on floor “C, along with tables available to use for meals and snacks Staff extremely courteous. 20 minute walk from Queensbridge F train station and 20 minutes from Queensboro 7 train.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly upon my arrival to the hotel, there was hair on the towels, the bed sheets and pillows, the floor and on the bathroom surfaces. Bed sheets were stained. Told staff would gave me some fresh sheet to change the bedding myself, but the sheets were stained and ripped. The room was freezing cold and the heater only provided Luke warm air. Not a very nice stay

I had to leave after the first night (had booked 4 nights) bc it was a really run down room not like the photos. The door key wouldn’t work so i had to continuously go down to the lobby from the 8th floor, eventually needing a master key to get me into the room, and the elevator didn’t work half the time. They have since refused to refund me the 3 nights I didn’t stay there even though it was a nightmare to stay seeing as I couldn’t freely access my room.
