Custom service at the front desk wasn't Courteous. I had to use my cell phone to call front desk because their phones was not working. I called about the phone and internet service. And they saying that they don't have nobody to fix it. They didn't have nobody to bring up wash cloth. At that time, that's the only thing I experienced.
