Room was cozy. A little noisy if you on the street side - but it is right near Broadway so to be expected. If you want to see lots of broad shows this is a place for you. That’s right in the heart of midtown. The 6.50 breakfast is great. Staff at front counter could be a little bit more helpful. But overall a good experience

The location was great and rooms were clean. My only complaint is that the bathroom is absolutely tiny. Four adult women trying to share the one bathroom was very difficult.

Our thermostat in our room would not go below 76 and I left messages on the counter phone when I called room service, I went down to the front desk multiple times to complain/ask for it to be fixed. Our sink in the bathroom kept dripping from the cold side, it made our floor wet and slippery and it was unsafe!! Overall we were very disappointed because it was recommended to us.

Overall, very pleasant night spent at this hotel: Positive points: Reasonable room size, and quiet at night. Nothing was missing and sheets/towels looked clean. Staff at the welcoming desk was very polite and courteous. Improvements: old carpets, persistent stains on bathroom mirror (gunk resulting from layers of hair spray accumulating over the years), loud AC (which I turned off at night). I believe rooms are in need of an update. I was not so much affected by the overall aspect of the room, so only one star is taken off from the rating. Other people may have a different perspective on this.

Staff and location. Hotel provides best croissants in city and besides its own walking tour, we did the tribeca one through Hotel Fredrick. Excellent tour of Tribeca. Hotel has perfect location for Broadway plays and Fifth Avenue.
