The room was larger than expected, nicely decorated and had all the amenities we wanted. Everything was seriously spotless, no signs of any creepy crawlies, the shower was nice and big, and we couldn’t hear anybody next to us in the other rooms. Front desk staff were quite cheerful and friendly, and the continental breakfast was solid, with great coffee. The whole hotel felt safe, as well as the surrounding neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again as it’s the best place for the price we’ve stayed in yet.

The room was immaculate and spacious, everything they advertised. The staff were very attentive as well as extremely helpful! I became an honors member on the spot and that came with many perks like someone who I could text for anything I needed or just to check on me during my stay. Hotel is on the older side and a bit outdated. Bathrooms were not clean to my liking, as the shower and toilets were stained. Linen is super thin and uncomfortable and handicap parking also needs to be improved

Very friendly and professional staff who listen to your needs. The room is very spacious and has all the amenities you need. It was very clean. The hotel is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the AirTrain or subway station.

He ido a varios Home 2 Suite más que todo en la Florida y son hoteles nuevos, este hotel s un hotel que ya está deteriorado no parece que perteneciera a la cadena Hilton, creo que tiene una puntuación muy alta para lo que es en este momento de hecho por eso fue que lo reservé.
