I was very impressed by this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I had an overnight layover at JFK. We arrived at JFK quite late in the evening, almost midnight, and the shuttle was already waiting for us, which we really appreciated especially at that late hour. Our room was clean and comfortable. The desk manager who checked us in that night and out again the next morning was friendly and personable. Our time here was brief -- barely 7 hours in total! -- but it was a better experience than I ever would have expected from an airport hotel.

Shuttle and distance from airport was great. Breakfast included was okay. Staff friendly. No restaurant, no pool or hot tub, so very overpriced. FDNY tested alarms and strobes all morning so couldn’t sleep in which we wanted as 2 full days of travel. Upon arrival they should have offered accommodation at another hotel. Left hotel to get something to eat, area was a little sketchy.

Nice room but the place needs maintenance

The room was clean and service was good. One issue was there are stairs from the lobby down to the rooms. The elevator to take in place of stairs was not working. This is hard because my husband had a leg injury and had great difficulty with the stairs. One other elevator to the rooms was making a loud terrible noise. They obviously need some maintenance on their property

We chose this hotel as they had a free transfer from the airport. Unfortunately we couldn't get hold of the hotel through the phones at the airport or by mobile so had to pay for a taxi which was really annoying. Hotel is comfy, breakfast was decent but view from the room was a car park lol. Fine for one night but their transfer communication needs improving!
