I have younger children. This is the only hotel we have gone to where they were welcomed in such a heartwarming way. Floor on the bath tub was peeling off and had stains that appear like blood. Also when taking a shower, every 2 min you lost all water completely and only returned after about 15secs. My room was not done, even though I left the room at 11:30am and to out my DND sign. The front desk told me that once you put a DND sign, they will not do your room, even if you take it off. This had never happened to me in any other hotel
