Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Served the same thing everyday. Would’ve been nice to mix it up some. Room was sub-par. It felt very damp. Even the carpet felt damp. And our clothes felt damp as well. So very disappointed with that. Other than that it was fine.

Chose this hotel for hot tub. No heater working. No hot tub or pool. Closed at 7pm no blankets in room very cold, toilet loosely mounted to floor.TV Remote HAD NO VOLUME NOR STATION SELECTION, our walk up rate was 82$ hotels . Com charged $30 more . All in all poor value for the $ don’t think I use your service again

The property was older and room smelled a little moldy but was visibly clean. Breakfast was good. The staff were great and very helpful. The property was average but served it’s purpose for a 2- night stay.

We have no complaints of the staff we personally met during our stay; however, our stay had some major issues. Our first room seemed okay at first but we kept smelling a foul odor after we got our kids to bed and our things unpacked. Long story short, our mattress on one side smelled like a corpse and excrement. My husband works in law enforcement and unfortunately has encountered that odor many times. It was so strong it even made him run to the bathroom after lifting off the mattress cover and sheets. We were moved to a different room and had to wake our kids, pack and move and redo bedtime. It was midnight by this point which was extremely disruptive to our trip plans. The next room was better but smelled of mildew/mold and stale cigarettes. My throat hurt every night after we got into the room. I’m nervous about the potential biohazards my children were exposed to during our stay at this hotel. On our checkout morning maintenance randoming ignored our do not disturb sign and barged into our room, with my sleeping children, and scared them and woke them up. It was before 8 AM and we didn’t have to checkout until 11 AM. I hate that we won’t be able to stay here in the future because this is a trip we will be taking often and usually will have a dog with us. I’ve stayed at much nicer La Quinta hotels before but this one simply wasn’t it.
