When we arrived we checked in and the room they gave us was dirty the bathroom they didn't even clean up after the last people that were there. Was gross.

This hotel is in a nice location near Trenton, NJ. It is close to a nice restaurant and beer store (no wine in restaurant or beer store). Hotel had sufficient breakfast, with small choice but sufficient. Pool was nice, but small. overall nice hotel

The hotel was nice and quiet. Check in was easy and quick. The hotel states that there is no smoking however the hall way smelled liked smoke. The room also had a little smell. Overall it was a nice stay except for the cigar smell.

Terrible. False advertising.

We booked a queen suite with jet tub. Apparently they took the jet tubs out a while ago. The room was a sad excuse for a suite. It was barely bigger than the standard rooms. The floor didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. The comforters had rips, holes and cigarette burns. There was a half smoked cigarette butt in the hallway. The towels had stains and a couple long dark hairs on them. The knob for the tub/shower came right off when I gently turned the shower on. It was a crappy experience. We specifically chose this because of the non-existent jet tub, we could have gotten another (likely better) hotel for cheaper with a better experience.

the biggest issue was the AC/heating unit—it was extremely loud and ran all night with a constant, disruptive noise. After a long day of driving and looking forward to a restful night before continuing my vacation, I found it really difficult to sleep. The noise made it hard to relax, and I woke up feeling tired and unrested. This would have been a much better stay if the room had quieter climate control. Hopefully, the management can look into fixing or upgrading the system for future guests.

I was given a room that had food all over the floor. When I called the front desk they said housekeeping was gone so they brought me a vacuum to clean the floor myself. A few hours later I pulled the covers down on the bed and the sheets were covered with curly black men’s chest hairs . Again I called the desk and this time they moved me to another room, even though earlier they said they didn’t have another room. When I asked for some of my money back they stated that there wasn’t a manger present to help. Needless to say I won’t ever be staying there again
