Attentive and informative staff prior to check-in, welcomed warmly to the property and our room, enjoyed a comfy restful evening and awoke to a cozy fire roaring in the dining room area to eat our freshly prepared breakfast. We had the room right next to the barn which was so fun being a city girl. Every morning on our way to breakfast we would feed the sheep and all the other barn animals. You couldn't hear them at night or in the early am which was my original concern upon seeing our proximity to the barn. If you are an animal lover or have kids who love animals this is a really fun property to stay at for the weekend.

Jeff the owner and Tracy the Innkeeper were amazing! They are so nice and personable. Eating breakfast by a raging fireplace every morning was awesome. Also walking around the farm, seeing deer, and also feeding the goats, sheep and ponies every day was really fun. Very convenient location too. I’m definitely staying again next year!

It was our first time visiting the area. Ash Mill was a great choice. The Host was very friendly and accommodating. The animals were a perk☺️. The property was beautiful and very close to Peddlers village. Breakfast was delicious and the Host gave different options. We will definitely be visiting again.
