The staff were absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The rooms were very clean, the beds super comfy and the towels fluffy and fresh. All staff said hello and asked if we needed anything. Gave helpful directions and recommendations for places to eat and see. They even left a birthday banner, card and balloons for my son as a surprise for his birthday, it was so thoughtful and made his day. We will definitely be back.

The property was in need of a bit of a freshen up The carpets showing wear and the bathroom sink has cracking on the bowl surface also the shower doesn’t regulate the water very well

Staff member ? Ali was so lovely & accommodating. They are understaffed, one groundsmen making beds & servicing rooms, one cleaner & Ali doing reception, check ins, cleaning rooms. There was no breakfasts available. The restaurant was not operational as it apparently has changed hands. So sad. Thank goodness for the west diggers club 200 metres around the corner. Thank you Ali well done

The property was great and handy to the club next door as well as a restaurant. The only issue we had was that the shower head in our room sprayed in different directions even the ceiling. Showering was a bit awkward.

Very poor reception staff. Knocked the door at 9:45 AM asking to check out. Insane. It was mentioned as 1,183.92 AUD for 3 nights stay during the reservation, but they deducted 1,201.68 AUD (Debit card payment, not CC). Do not recommend anyone going there or I will not go there again.
