The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and the "Mother Church of Country Music,” The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience.
The Space: - The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA). - The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. - The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. Some coffee, creamer, and sugar are provided. - There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. - Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage. - The Charlesville building is located next an active commercial rail line.
