We were told the kitchen was open until 11pm so we ordered food at the bar at 10:30. Food never arrived. Went back to the room hungry! Lounge staff was very unprofessional and eager to get off work as the guests were enjoying the live entertainment and spending money. Didn’t expect that poor level of service at higher end facility. Management needs to attend to this ASAP! Remember … it’s Nashville. Your guests are there to have a good time.
