Misleading

Check in process and use of elevator was ridiculous. Required to use fob - which had repeated issues for awhile as confirmed by front desk clerk. Couldn’t get up to our room on several occasions. They also did not advise of additional resort fees and takes which added almost $85 per night!

Decent Spot

The space is basically a furnished apartment style rental. Conveniently located in the downtown area with great parking (at an extra cost). The bed was comfortable and the linens were decent but one thing I found particularly annoying was the inability to control the temperature in the room. The first day it was set at 72 or 73 but by the end of the week it was up to 75 which is not comfortable for sleeping. I understand having some controls over the thermostat so guests don’t carelessly leave it running at low temperature all day and night, but in the evening it would be courteous to permit the guests to adjust the temperature. I would not stay again unless this was addressed.

Great location!

Great location! Walkable to many places! No need for a car if you are up for easy walking! Very nice place! Secure! Convenient to airport, the Ryman Auditorium, Broadway, and Church of the City-Downtown! We walked to Whole Foods for some groceries. Enjoyed the kitchen but it needs a baking sheet/pizza pan and baking dish to be able to use the oven. The mattress was not firm so would recommend an upgrade. Overall better than a hotel! Some construction noise from across the street during the day. The pool looked nice but didn’t use it. We had some trouble with the online checkin not allowing me to take a picture of my license but the concierge of the building was able to accommodate when we arrived.

We figured it out.

The check in was kind of a pain in the butt the first time. After we figured it out it was great. The rooms need blackout curtains to make it A+ all the way. Easy parking too! Otherwise its a great property and only a block from 6th and Peabody...for those who know.

The property was as pictured. It was clean, about 15 minutes walking from strip. Parking garage connected to building. Outdoor pool area was nice. The only thing that I didn't like was not knowing what room going to stay in until the day of at check in. I didn't have codes needed to get into property until got to property.

Loved the size and quality of the aparthotel! Never stayed at a place like that. The price compared to hotels nearby was excellent; great value. My one complaint is a disappointing communication regarding check in. I was told I would receive info prior to 4pm. By 9pm I asked for instructions. Was told I would receive them shortly. Around 10pm I told them again I didn't receive instructions. Finally I got the instructions. The actual check in was easy and smooth once I had the info!
