This was a great place to stop with our fur babies on a long road trip. Room was clean and comfortable; free breakfast was great ( I love the waffles). Shower was also nice: hot and high pressure! Friendly staff.

Clean, spacious, good amenities. Okay breakfast. Don’t think it is necessary for $100 deposit. Good for overnight while traveling. Young woman at checkin handled the two senior ladies in front of us extremely well. They were rude and short with her, holding up the whole line. They caused the backup if they just would have let her do her job.

The Mexican restaurant next to it was really good. Upon first inspection of the room it looked decent, then we found “blood like” stains on the curtain so that was disgusting. The breakfast was average. The elevator had a mind of its own so took the stairs. Overall not the best but not the worst.

Roaches

The guy at front desk checkin acted like he hated his job. Gave us the keys, i opened door and roaches ran across the floor. Went back to the guy and told him, he didn’t say anything. Just did some clicking on the computer and said “here’s a different room, it’s a suit”. No apology or anything. Like this has happened before?? The hotel allows pets, which would be fine however the carpeted stairwells smelled like pet urine BAD and were extremely dirty.
