We stayed at Hyatt for 3 nights Our room wasn’t cleaned after the first night due to new policy that guest should request a cleaning. We requested for our room to be cleaned on the second day, when we came back after spent the day out. The room was still dirty from the first day, then we complained again to please clean the room for the next day, it would be our last night there. Next morning we went out for the day, came back at night. The was not cleaned still. There were garbage accumulated from 3 day, no clean towels, it was really disgusting. To Hyatt house in Nashville.Tennessee. A very bad experience.

I rated the stay “okay” for two reasons: 1) There were 8-10 ladybugs on the couch, window, or ceiling. An infestation…the hotel sent a housekeeping member with a small vacuum to suck up bugs. 2) Twice (2 times) and both after 7 pm when it is dark outside, I had to walk from the gate because there was no attendant at the Front Desk to allow entry access. This is unsafe and unacceptable.

I really loved staying at this hotel and will come back when I’m in Nashville. The area is nice and seems secure, which is one thing that counts a lot for me. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was amazing. I loved their waffles (we didn’t make them like in other hotels) and wish they had them everyday lol They also have a great stuff!
