This was truthfully one of the WORST hotel stays, and I’ve stayed at this property before. Arrived a little before 11 on Thursday, checked in with a man who I’m assuming was new and there was a lady I think was training him. She could brushen up on her customer care skills, I stood there not knowing there was nothing else needed, no thank you, have a great stay. Ok not a big deal. Get in the room and I see random dot looking things but didn’t pay attention, but I go to turn on the tv, even tho every Marriott property I’ve stayed at will typically have e the tv on already. The remote doesn’t work, call downstairs I’m told ok someone will bring a new one. It never happened, ended up going downstairs and waiting again for someone to text the older gentleman back on what he needs to do because the lady that was training him left. I’m walking around the room the entire window panel,floor, curtains, and ac unit have what looks like ladybugs on it. We call downstairs no answer, by this time it’s past midnight at we are ready to go to sleep.woke up next morning to request a late check out, call downstairs multiple times no answer. I had already asked multiple times to be accommodated and it seems as if no one on this property cares or even have a sense of urgency as it pertains to the patrons. I was only in town for 24 hours and this was the ABSOLUTE worst experience to date
