The hotel is very nice and it is wonderful. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating and we had a rough day because of weather and delays on our flights and they were so nice and gave us an upgrade with two queen beds for space to rest. Very pleasant place.

The room was very clean and perfect for our family of 5! The pool was so nice and breakfast was great. My only complaint is that the air in our room was not working the first night. Instead of offering to move us to another room, the ladies working at the front desk told us that they have to control the air from the front desk and to give it “a minute”. After a while, it wasn’t getting cooler and the explanation made no sense so my husband went down to inquire. They again told him it takes a while to cool down. By this point, the kids had fallen asleep so we decided to just stick it out. By morning, it was still hot and humid in our room. The man working the morning desk was very helpful and immediately offered to move us to a new room. He also confirmed that they cannot change temps to the room from the front desk. I do not appreciate being flat out lied to by hotel employe
