The hotel was pretty dirty. The floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed at all, there was dirt in every single corner of the room. Very musty and damp too. Everything was very outdated. It worked for what we needed it for but I likely wouldn't stay here again.

Welcome reprieve

First, it was available! After having flight delays.. I was exhausted. Close proximity to the airport too! The Representative was fast, efficient, and polite. The room was neat, orderly, and comfortable. The shower heated quickly, and the bed was soft and comfortable (the pillows were my favorite). Everything was clean, neatly organized throughout the room. AND the hotel provided shuttle service BACK to the airport..! One less thing to worry and stress about! The shuttle driver was also kind and polite at 5:30 AM. I can’t say that about myself on my best morning! I am pleased, and have made a note to use-book a Radisson again!

The staff was super helpful. My check-in was absolutely quick and the front desk offered me some valuable insights and tips about getting around in the area. They also pointed me toward their 24 seven complementary coffee bar, which was a nice surprise and one that I shall not soon forget. Until I do.

Quick trip from airport to hotel. A lot of great fast food options are walkable. Uber to downtown was cheap and fast. Room is decent for the price you pay. Clean and gets the job done.

I had an unexpected overnight layover in Nashville and needed a room quickly. The staff were super friendly, in person and on the phone. There was a free, 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport, and free hot breakfast. It was a stressful day and I really appreciated my stay here, despite it being unplanned.

Was attending Bonnaroo in Manchester and it got cancelled on day 2 so this was a last minute trip to avoid being stuck in the mud with flooded campgrounds and inebriated people lol. Average hotel, average customer service, nothing to write home about but was affordable and helped us in a pinch.
