There was trash in the front of the hotel. There were spills on the floor infront of the elevator. There was no clear welcome at arrival and then it felt very rushed and unfriendly service.

So close to Nashville airport with shuttles that run every 30 minutes 24 hours a day. Easy check in, room is great, and staff personable. Typical airport hotel for short term stay. I'd definitely stay here again!

This was an average room, definitely showing some wear down. When I checked in the lady was not friendly at all. I think I took her away from her phone. I got a text saying welcome to the hotel if I need anything just reply. I asked him if they had an extra toothbrush and a blow dryer and an hour later I had to get dressed and go downstairs to get it myself. The clerk at the front desk said she has no way of seeing my text messages. So, where the heck are the text messages coming from??? not very good service if nobody can see them.

I loved that they had transport not only to/from the airport, but also to and from select restaurants that I did not have to order from Uber, spend a lot of money, and end up with soggy food. I’ve never seen a hotel, provide the option to transport to multiple different restaurants before.

The hotel is clean and updated. It is very convenient to the airport, and they have a 24 hr airport shuttle that runs every half hour. You can leave your car parked there for $10/day while you are gone, even if you just stay one night. They upgraded our room from a king room to a king suite which was very nice.

Staying one night before flight. Conveniently located. Had shuttle to airport which was 2 pluses. But, the rooms very dirty as was the rest of the property inside and out! The staff was NOT helpful at all. Even with the 2 pluses, I don’t think I’d stay again. I wouldn’t recommend as there are many nicer hotels in the area.
