The place was ideal for my sister and I. It was very clean and comfortable. Amy was a great host very prompt answering all my questions. Felt safe walking the streets to the local coffee shop and restaurants. The bus stop was right next to condo so it made it easy to get downtown.Would definitely come back.

Excellent experience. A group went (multiple adults and two kids) for the SEC basketball tourney. Short Uber/Lyft to the arena. Grocery stores are within 1.5 miles. The property was as advertised and made our trip enjoyable. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place to stay while we visited our kids. Check in was easy, beds were comfortable, and condo was clean upon arrival. Our host responded to all messages in a timely fashion and needed supplies were plentiful. Even the tv remote was simple to use! Would definitely recommend!

Great stay for our little family getaway!! Host was always accessible, helpful & welcoming! Condo was very clean and equipped with all we needed! Check in/out was a breeze! Great location as everything we wanted to see was 10-15mins away by car/uber. Condo was just as pictures and description stated which is always a wonderful relief!! No complaints… we even ordered a sound machine like the one that was provided in the bedrooms . It was awesome! Would definitely book this condo again!

The condo was lovely. Two good-sized rooms, a nice, modern kitchen with plenty of cooking space. You're 10 minutes from downtown. There's a coffee shop and small boutique market right across the street and you're within 5 minutes from a grocery store and freeway access. The neighborhood is mostly quiet. Though there is a bit of daytime traffic on the road outside the unit, it quiets down significantly by around 8-9pm. We'd definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and communication with management company was excellent. About a mile walk to restaurants and a 7-10 rideshare to Broadway. Quiet area to stay on the outskirts of downtown. I would recommend this property to other travelers.

Decent stay, Disappointed with cleanliness

My mom and I had a decent stay. We felt safe in the neighborhood and were glad it was on the first floor. We were really disappointed in the overall cleanliness, as there were cobwebs in the doorways, found 4-5 bugs, we arrived to find someone else's hair on our clean sheets and had to wash them! There was a weird tennis ball size hole in one of the bathroom walls which was creepy. There was stuff splattered all over the walls, doors and handles in the bathrooms. There was not enough towels. The doors and cabinets were all scratched up, one bathroom door looked like there might have been an animal shut in there at one point. Im sad that I couldnt rate this unit better as I really like the way it was decorated. They definitely need to upgrade their cleaning service.
