The room was super clean, the hallways leading to our room was even spotless and smelled good. Staff was so friendly and was so conveniently located downtown to Broadway. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. They even had a restaurant downstairs connected to the hotel that was amazing and had live music!

The room was nice and clean. However, my room was next to the elevator bay which was extremely noisy. I ordered food one night, which had the wrong side. I was pressed for time, so I didn't report it. The area was close to Broadway but very congested getting in and out. Please note, the valet is $57 a day, which is extremely expensive. The only other option is to park in open, public lots and that was maybe $10 less. I also had to wait 30+ min to get my car parked one day because only one guy was working and there was a line down the street. It wasn't very efficient for that price. I would stay somewhere a little farther for price and parking and just take a Lyft to the area.

From the moment we arrived it was obvious the staff understood hospitality as their pleasantness was not forced or fake. You could tell they liked what they did and were glad to be there. The bathroom literally gleamed. Not a water spit or piece of dust to be found. Each of the guest rooms were unique in setup and art and accessories. Location was perfect. This place was great!

Overall, not a great experience. Front desk staff not overly friendly and the room charges were $200 more than the price shown on Expedia. Electric blinds in room didn't work correctly. Bathroom sink stopper was stuck closed. However, valet service was excellent.

The room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff polite, helpful, and accommodating. Only used one amenity, the 24-hr micro-pantry, which was convenient and well-stocked. Hotel was within easy (and safe, I felt) walking distance to the Bridgestone Arena and assorted restaurants/shopping venues on Broadway. All in all a pretty delightful stay.

This hotel was perfect for our weekend in Nashville. The location was great, less than 2 blocks from Bridgestone Arena and short walk to all the action on Broadway. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfy. Staff was very friendly and loved the on site restaurant/bar. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Walking distance to Bridgestone and the Ryman. Had stayed at JW Marriott (which is right across the street) a few weeks before. It is more expensive than Cambria but definitely a step up. Whiskers and hair in the corner of our shower otherwise clean room. Everyone friendly. Would stay again but would likely pay more (depending on the amount at the time) to stay at JW
