Nice hotel within walking distance to downtown & The Gulch. My only complaint was our room wasn’t ready at 5 pm. Although they were sorry for the inconvenience and gave us free drink tickets.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The bathroom had hair in the shower and on the floor throughout the bathroom. There were brown splatter stains on the wall in the bathroom as well. Periodically during our stay there would be this sour drain sewage smell that would be in the room as well. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

The television didn’t work because of rainy weather and the option to use Netflix didn’t work either. The climate control worked but took a long time to heat or cool

We had a fantastic stay, perfect location for walking and partying on Broadway. Very clean and safe. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again next time to Nashville.

Great hotel, good value and location.

We selected the hotel for its convenient location, value and reviews. We were not disappointed. The only negative is the "lighting" of the room. The bathroom in particular was dark. There was not an overhead light and the LED mirror was not bright enough to apply the appropriate amount of makeup.

Great spot downtown Nashville.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and polite when we arrived. The room was very clean, comfortable beds and quiet spot close to everything downtown. Fun Nashville vibes throughout the whole hotel. Definitely recommend staying here!!!
