The property was fine. The carpeting in the hallways was extremely worn and stained. I could hear every footstep of the people in the room above me. I asked to be moved, but there was no where to move me to so I spent two nights listening to folks getting home and being loud at 3am. The internet was also down the majority of my stay which made it very hard to work. The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly. The apartment was clean and the beds were fine.

Was extremely unhappy with our stay here, book somewhere else. - ac wasn’t working - texted and called for new towels/toilet paper and never received it - when I finally received new towels after calling for the second time, I received a towel with a huge hole in it - went to the pool and there was no clean pool towels. I had to call for new towels. - no basic cleaning (garbage removal) - charge for late checkout - it is soooo loud, can hear everything outside and on the floors above - texts are not responded to, or responded after hours have gone by

Overall it is a very nice hotel. The only downside was my bed. It felt as though it was about to fall apart and anytime you moved it was so loud. I was so scared to turnover thinking i was going to land on the floor. Other than that no other complaints.
