Amazing

The place and staff were amazing , we had a great stay. The hotel is small and we felt like home . The location it is perfect if you are backpacking as you have the metro and trains in front of the hotel. We will be back , thank you for making our stay so great.

Spacious rooms, Giada was the best host, she gave us recommendations for sights and dinner, and called us a cab to get us to the port when we left. I travel for work so I spend at least 80 nights a year in one of the international chain hotels and the Five rooms is by far a better experience than any of those hotels.

Great stay

Very close to train station. Staff were so helpful and contactable by WhatsApp when you needed help. So informative. Breakfast was lovely. Were able to leave bags on the day we were leaving to explore. You need 10 cents to use the lift in the building. We were prepared for that but there was a helpful man downstairs who assisted us.

Can't recommend highly enough!

This boutique hotel is superb! Alfredo is great and can't do enough for you! I've seen a couple of negative reviews on here which I can't understand, Napoli is an incredably vibrant and frenetic city, that's what makes it so interesting, if you don't like noise don't go there! There is also an amazing room terrace that looks over all the action in Garibaldi square.

Alfredo was truly helpful. In fact, he had even reached out a couple times prior to our arrival to help ensure that we were able to navigate clearly to the hotel, as we had rented a car and driven into unfamiliar territory. Best hotel and location

Excellent stay great location for getting round Naples and other areas around, great staff good breakfast ,will be back next year ,plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, easy links to airport and train station . Cannot fault this hotel at all .Staff gave us good tips on what to see and do in area ,nothing too much trouble for them

This property is very close to the train station. It is also in walking distance of the central historic area of Naples (il Duomo, Naples Underground). And of course close to very good dining options. Check-in was easy and the staff was very helpful with any questions we had and recommendations. They also sold drinks (including bottles of wine) and have a really nice terrace overlooking that area of Naples. to eat breakfast on, or have a few drinks. The room was very up-to-date and clean. Great location, great staff, and great accommodations

So convenient if you plan to visit Pompei as its right next to the main train station in Piazza Garibaldi. Lots of places to eat, filled with locals not just tourists. The BnB has a terrace overlooking the square. Great continental breakfast with drinks and snacks available all the time. Friendly, helpful staff.

We arrived in the evening with a taxi from the airport. It was difficult to find the place in the dark, but the taxi driver assisted us in knowing which building the hotel was in. The clerk knew when we would be arriving and he waited for us to arrive. The location is on the 5th floor of an old building and there is an old cage elevator that can be used. The location is very lovely inside and has a rooftop balcony with tables and chairs. The room was a good size with nice beds and bathroom. The location is very close to a major metro station and the building regularly shakes as the trains pass by. The main train station is a 5-10 minute walk away.
