Beautiful room! Walking distance to all the touristy things in Napoli. Was a bit hard to find with a rental car, especially for us Americans, but well worth it! Parking was easy but a bit expensive.

Really liked this B&B. Very helpful and friendly host. We liked the old building but yet refurbished inside and wonderful terrace. The room is spacious. We were three adults. Shower is hot and large bathroom. There is a small fridge in the lobby for purchasing beverages, beer and wine. Will go again when in Napoli. Quiet too at night. Great sleep.

Great location and lovely small hotel
Five minute walk from Central train station and bus from Naples airport. Look for a tall grey door and door notice at other end of Plaza. Easy access to all areas of the city. Bedroom and shower rooms are large, breakfast room/ reception room and balcony all spacious, clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. Would stay here again

Our stay a the Five Rooms was awesome! Alfredo is super friendly, the location of the it is great, you are a walking distance from a few of the main city attractions and 2min from the central station and less than 30min from the airport:) and the terrace lets you appreciate how vibrant the city is

A great little spot, close to the main station
We only had one night here. The good: the hotel itself was lovely. Clean, well appointed, the staff were great, the catering for food intolerances was excellent. The less good: the location was quite noisy in some rooms, the entrance was REALLY difficult to find late at night (thank goodness for Google maps) and it was a long way up the stairs to the door (there was a lift, we didn't use it). Overall, I'd stay again & recommend to others - it was hugely convenient for the station, I know how to find it now, and the impression overall was positive.

The Five Room hotel is an oasis in a chaotic city. Naples (especially next to the train station) is very very busy. You must keep your wits about you when outside the hotel. Common sense and awareness of your surroundings will do you well. Alfredo provides a safe place to relax and rest. I suggest sitting on the awesome terrace and watching the “goings on down in the square.
