I was blown away by the staff at this property. After a very stressful travel day, the staff tracked my train (to make sure I would make checkout cutoff) and were so helpful in dealing with the airport and helping me find lost luggage. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was beautiful and spacious. I would go back in a heartbeat. It’s a very unassuming entrance but the hotel itself is gorgeous. Big thank you to all the incredible staff that went above and beyond while we were there.

Lovely hotel to stay in right in the heart of a busy part of Naples. Easy to walk to so many popular spots. Surprisingly quiet for being so central, even within the hotel, which was perfect as a mother visiting Naples solo who never gets silent rest! The hotel was lovely, staff lovely, accommodation was very comfortable! Would definitely revisit. Thank you for a great stay!

We were mutually intimidated by the location of this hotel - seemingly in a graffiti filled alley. But Marcella immediately calmed us and when the gates opened to secure our car and we saw this hidden gem, we were in awe! Great location, beautiful room and details. The staff go over the top to be helpful with reservations and recommendations. LOVE this place!!!

The Staff was so helpful and kind. The breakfast was wonderful too. Very close to the center of town. Very walkable. The area isn’t the most beautiful, but that’s what the center of town is like in Naples. I felt safe. I would recommend this hotel.

Cool little place with access to everything. Clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff is amazing, we dealt mostly with Marcella, and helpful. Loved our stay.

A little gem of a hotel. Only a few rooms on the top floor of an imposing old building. Nothing special about it on the outside, but inside, after many steps, it's a stylish establishment. Absolutely loved a jacuzzi in the room, tall ceilings, a beautiful view, breakfasts right outside our door. What made it truly unique is how small it is, but still has a reception with amazing help. We felt very welcome, our 5-year-old had enough space to explore, and it was nice and quiet after busy Naples street. Oh, and it's right next to all the attractions you need!

Once we found this tucked away hotel inside of a tiny street and gave our car keys to Mario we were helped up two flights of stairs to an elevator to the 4th floor. A few more stairs and a lovely hidden gem. Our room was called ""Cleopatra" and had the biggest jacuzzi tub I've ever been in. It could fit 5! The breakfast was fabulous and outside our door in an adorable room with many tables. For the city, it was so quiet. The room was gigantic. The bed very comfortable and staff was fabulous. They recommended great meal options. It was close to everything.
