Villa on Golf Course with Heated Saltwater Pool

Enjoy your vacation in this beautifully decorated pool home on Flamingo Island Golf Course in Lely Resort. During the winter months, when it’s almost impossible to find a short term rental in Naples, this home is available from Saturday to Saturday for 1 or 2 weeks maximum.

The heated saltwater pool and patio face southeast. It allows you the beautiful morning sun, but by late afternoon, you’ll have a shady place to BBQ on the gas grill and eat on the patio. For your enjoyment, we have a hot tub and a wine fridge too. No need to be swatting flies, the pool and patio are screen covered. Of course, pool toys are included.

The kitchen was renovated to the studs in Fall of 2023 and is perfect for gourmet meals, take out, or mixing drinks to enjoy indoors or out. Well equipped would describe the kitchen, with every dish, glass, utensil, pot or pan, small appliance, or gadget you could think of, to use! Relax on the covered patio while watching the kids in the pool or just enjoy the green space of the golf course.

Entertain guests in the cathedral ceilinged living room with seating for 8. Watch the game on the living room TV or split up with some watching the TV in the den/3rd bedroom. We have board games, puzzles, and books for your enjoyment.

High speed internet makes gaming, school work, or zoom meetings a cinch. We also have a desk, desk chair, computer monitor, and laser printer. These are located in the den/3rd bedroom. There are double doors between this room and the living room for a quiet place to work or sleep.

The dining room seats 6 at the table with additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. Both the living room and dining room overlook the pool, hot tub, and golf course.

The master bedroom has a king size, individually adjustable bed, a TV, pool and patio access, and a newly renovated master bath.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a beautiful new bathroom with the den/3rd bedroom that has twin trundle beds. Both rooms have TVs.

A laundry room with full size washer and dryer, hanging racks, iron and board, and a 2 car garage complete this property. For your pleasure, we have 6 bikes, bike helmets, a beach umbrella and sand chairs, sand toys and boogie boards in the garage. Make yourself at home and enjoy this gem.

We are within walking and biking distance to shopping centers with: groceries, restaurants, coffee, pubs, and shops. 15 minutes to the newly opened Great Wolf Lodge and the Florida Sports Park. Great location!

Early booking discounts for non-high season stays are available. High season is January through March. 90 days ahead of stay discount is 10%.

Last minute booking within 30 days of stay is a 20% discount for non high-season stays.
