This is the second time we stay at this property and honestly there's being a decline in service. The pool was closed due to something broke, we booked on the 22nd and were not informed about taht, it was our surprised when we arrived on the 23rd so it means it was.not functioning since we booked. My husband wanted to use the gym and it wouldn't ooen. He went to ask to the reception personal and he said he didn't know how to ooen that he had to wait till someone arrive later on the day. This was really disappointing.

For what it offers, everything was clean and professionally handled. Front desk was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. The only downfall was the service in hotel restaurant. It wasn’t very busy, but our waitress took 20 mins to acknowledge our presence, took our drink order and took another 15 mins to get them to us. After that, we never saw her again. We planned to eat there, but decided to go elsewhere. We had to ask someone else to get our bill. She brought the check and left 10% because I’m nice. Aside from the restaurant, we would be happy to recommend this location.
