Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Fitness center is massive and nicely kept. Grounds and amenities are beautiful. We will be back for a longer stay next time we are in the area. Thanks for everything.

It was great until check out day. There were construction work at 8 am drilling and hammering which woke us you. When we were trying to sleep in for our last day. Other than that, the state was OK.

This is the 4th year staying at this resort, with exception of last year. This time though it was very disappointing. I was allowed early check in for my birthday and was told complimentary room upgrade. The room was completely run down. There were holes in the bathroom wall. Rods missing and the shower head didn't work properly, lights not working properly. They switched our room, and wasn't any better. The shower drain was not working gather water while showering, it was disgusting and you could hear the water on the opposite sink when turning on the water and also in the shower .

Our stay at Naples Grande started off wonderfully. The staff was warm and welcoming at check-in, and we were even upgraded to a suite across the street. The room was spacious and initially seemed perfect. At the pool, we had an amazing experience thanks to our waiter, Nemo, who went above and beyond to make our day enjoyable. He is truly an outstanding employee and deserves recognition. Unfortunately, things took a disappointing turn when we returned to our room later that evening. We discovered a very large cockroach on the bed. We immediately killed it, took photos, and went straight to the front desk to speak with the manager. While we showed him the pictures and explained our concerns—especially since we were traveling with our 3-year-old—his response was dismissive. He simply said they would spray something outside, which didn’t address our immediate issue and raised concerns about chemicals being used near our child. When I asked if this was a normal occurrence, he admitted it was not, yet still offered no real resolution or assurance. This left us feeling extremely uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. I couldn’t sleep, constantly worried about more bugs in the room. For a resort of this caliber, I expected much better handling of such a serious situation. To the resort: You have some wonderful employees (like Nemo), but the way management handled this incident was very disappointing. Guests deserve to feel safe and comfortable in their rooms, and this experience
