We had an amazing time! Mario was the best chef. We had our 8 year old daughter and 2 teenage boys with us, and he was so good with her. He was patient and so helpful. We had so much fun! Highly recommend!

The location of the property is very central to Naples city. It’s walkable distance to metro station, bus and train station is about 30 min walk. The Naples port for ferry is also within walking distance. Lots of dining options especially at night time in between the alley and walkway. We enjoy our stay here and definitely recommend. We are a family of 5 and we felt safe.

Although the rooms were a bit small , the area was abuzz with lots to do . You need to add the number of the address …. As say 66 via Agostino …. This made it a bit confusing to find

The room itself was nice but check in was not easy or efficient since staff that was onsite didn’t speak any English. Also there was confusion with the virtual receptionist as she kept telling us we could get into our room and the door was locked and no key.

Nice room 3/5

Thought we had twin beds or at least that we booked but we had only one big bed. A bit confusing the check in and check out. Tried to ask about things beforehand (like where to inform our arrival time, but got the same answer back all the time). Also no luggage lockers, bags are on the corridor. The street below is really noisy and you can hear it really well to the fifth floor. Otherwise the room and balcony is nice.
