Nice B&B but Issues with Hotels.com Reservation

This was a nice little B&B in a great location. The place was nice and clean and advertised as shown. I had an issue with the check in, or I would have given a higher rating. They didn’t have my reservation on file and after 15 minutes of going back and forth we were able to get into our room (I had already paid for the room through hotels.com and had a guaranteed confirmation). The staff helped us with information to get to our next destination and we had a nice light breakfast.

B&B molto bello, tutto nuovo e pulito, con aria condizionata e una doccia grande con la cromo terapia. Wi-Fi presente e ben funzionante. Posizione centrale comoda ai punti principali da visitare. Il valore aggiunto però sono i due gestori, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Disponibili e presenti, ci hanno fornito indicazioni utili e costante assistenza. La colazione è ottima e varia, tutte le mattine ci hanno fatto trovare croissant freschi. La prossima volta a Napoli sarà ancora da loro.
