Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
The hotel owner was not aware of our reservation, he was sleeping we had to wait until he woke up and the hour was 12 at noon also there is no lift and the room is on the last floor , so how are we supposed to carry our luggage on the long stairs we didn't stay at the place and went and reserved some where else and couldn't get our money back !!
