The hotel and all its services are excellent. It is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and other attractions. The cleanliness and organization are impeccable. The room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette, cabinets, and various utensils. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The staff is outstanding, with special recognition to JC (Bar), as well as Laurews and Tritas at the front desk, who provided exceptional customer service—always polite and professional. The pool and exterior areas are well-organized, attractive, and feature a charming Caribbean and romantic ambiance, accompanied by a variety of music. The food and breakfast options are diverse and of excellent quality. Prices are consistent with the level of service and quality provided—we only hope they remain this way. Everything was great about this hotel, food, staff, area. Everything was new, Unfortunately there was only one down side. The AC is inside a closet in the room and it sounds like a jet engine. Going on and off throughout the night it was nearly impossible to get some sleep. If it wasnt for that, Id be coming back.
