Feels like you’re at a resort instead of a hotel. Staff is nice, hotel is clean, breakfast included which is a great addition to the stay. Bartenders are great and the backyard is the best! Will keep in mind for future. Wish pool towels were more accessible is my only complaint!

Clean hotel and friendly staff! Good food at the bar as well. Rooms are nice. Diet Coke costs $5.30 at the little store so save your money and go to a store before. Get a room off the road side. Too noisy. A room out back would be better.

Unbelievable! Feels like you are at a resort. Breakfast is phenomena and bar is so cool and inviting. Rooms are big and everything is new and modern. This is our new spot in Naples!

The hotel is great! The room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic--so much more than the typical "hotel breakfast." I enjoyed the large outside/pool area and spent part of the late afternoon in a comfy chair by the fire pit. The hotel is on 41 so it's close to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach.

We liked the atmosphere of the hotel, restaurant, bar, and pool area--a lot of fun. Only complaint, the luggage carts were flimsy. Our room safe, room 409, did not work. Everything else was very good.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my dad. Everything was terrific- new hotel, great service, friendly hotel staff, nice pool area and comfy large hotel suites. Only negative was just one sometimes slow elevator. Would definitely stay there again!

Trista at the front desk and housekeeping staff were absolutely magnificent, hardworking, incredibly helpful and went above and beyond! I hope they are properly recognized! The MALE bartenders and chefs were also excellent! There was a female bartender that we found to be unprofessional and who improperly made our cocktails. We did not utilize the bar when she was working and took our service elsewhere for drinks. However, we love the chain and the other staff made up for her poor service. We will stay here again and we recommend this hotel for others !
