Perfect location for universal studios!!! Rooms were sufficient, clean with comfortable amenities (Though a bit stuffy.) Overall the hotel was not very welcoming, for example : Reception is away from entrance, you only get one ticket for drinks during the day as opposed to all day access to drinks, it felt very cold and not welcoming in the dining area, the public bath is at an extra cost. The breakfast had variety but was not very good- however the second day we got the premium breakfast on 32nd floor which was significantly better.

Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Fantastic location if you want to be in the heart of it. Close to main train station and lots of dining options. 711 right at entrance. We found it quiet in our room. Great views

My best friend and I had a beautiful stay at your hotel. It had a great location and amazing service. The hotel restaurant was incredible, as well as the bakery.Highly recommend and can't wait to come back and stay again.
