Fantasic value for money hotel. Nice, clean rooms with decent space for luggage friendly staff, comy beds and with a train staion very close by. We loved it and would definately stay here again. Family of 2 adults & 2 kids.

Beautifully designed hotel with modern sophisticated rooms. Rooms are typically smaller than your average hotel room but that's expected in Japan. Staff were warm and extremely helpful. They also provided complimentary breakfast snacks in the morning and were happy to store our luggage for a few hours before check-in and after check-out. The area is quiet but still with a few great restaurants around and only a 5 minute walk to the main shopping street.

This hotel was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The location is great. Easy to walk to shopping area and multiple train stations close by. Lawsons is only 2-3min walk and there is 2 vending machines right out the front with cold water. Loved everything about this hotel.

"This was my favorite stay in Japan. We stayed on the 12th floor with the most picturesque view of Tokyo tower. The amenities were perfect and the location was perfect as it is located in the Kyoto station. Highly recommend. The staff was also amazing."
