This is an excellent place to stay in Nagano. It’s a short walk from Nagano Station and a short train or bus ride away to most places you’ll want to see. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel is quiet, and there are laundry facilities and onsen onsite. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel close to train station. Small Onsen onsite free for guests. Room small but clean and comfortable. Quiet. Professional staff. Just wish they offered breakfast but I knew when I chose this hotel they didn’t have a restaurant. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave though.

Close to Nagano Station; clean; cramped for family

Very close to Nagano Station which was convenient for travel to & from Nagano. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean with excellent shower but my family of 4 were squeezed into a twin bed room, so minimal room to put luggage & beds are small. If you're a tall or large person, you would find the beds very small.
