Review
Well, at first our impressions were really well the area was a nice outstanding area close to the water, except when we had checked in and discovered that our bed frame was broken prior to our stay. There was tons of garbage of sorts of floss, water bottles dirt, and wrappers left over, our smoke detector had paper towels covering. As well as mold stain in our bed, mold above the shower head which had caused us to sneeze continuously through our stay even making one of our noses bleed, lastly at night cockroaches would roam the halls where the trashes were left even at one point the crease under our door was so big two of them had crawled under our door into our room. All of which some things can be understood but in this manner it was upsetting.

Failure to communicate
The host failed to provide arrival information. A message was sent days in advance. On check in day, the host failed to respond to messages or telephone calls from me as well as calls from VRBO Customer Service. I had to get another place and then later that night I received an email what to do. Has failed to respond to my reply on that email. No idea of the condition of the room.
