DO NOT STAY HERE! FLEAS were everywhere! Host was non cooperative to resolve issue. My 21 month old was bitten several times in 30 minutes. We had to go through VRBO to get our refund. We were also told this was an ongoing issue with this host!

The toilet roll for bathroom was missing. I did not know we would be walking 3gloghts of stairs since I am handicapped from knee and leg broken 1year ago. No one could tell us where the comp was. It was exasperated it took us over 2 hours to find it. No one has been there because the windows were dirty and the dust on the beveled closet full I could wipe with my finger. The kitchen was nice and living room. The bed is very comfortable. Shower was great. I am not one to express in a negative way. But, I think you need to use a different cleaning service. I am sorry bit everything I said is true and I wish I did not have to report like this bit I thought you should know why the bad report.

We recently stayed at this condo and found it to be a decent value overall. The AC worked exceptionally well, the kitchen was functional with plenty of counter space and seating, and the property was generally quiet with very little neighbor or street noise. However, there are a few things future guests should be aware of. The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which made carrying luggage and supplies difficult. The sofa bed was adequate for the teens we had in our group, but the thin mattress may not be comfortable for most adults.We also noticed cleanliness issues. Some linens had stains, one towel had hair on it, and several dishes appeared to be put away without being thoroughly cleaned. I routinely wash dishes before use, but some still had visible food residue. The balcony could have used more attention as well, as there was debris in the chairs and bird droppings on the sliding door. Inside the condo there were some cosmetic wear including peeling paint, stains, and gaps in portions of the floor tile. For those planning to cook, there was no baking pan or spatula available. And while there was a dishwasher, no pods were provided. Considering the price and amenities we felt the stay was reasonably justified, but the cleanliness and upkeep fell short of expectations. We enjoyed our trip, but will likely choose a different property for a future visit.
