This is an outstanding property. The condo is extremely well maintained, clean and has all the amenities you may need and some you may not have even thought of. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. It has a gorgeous view of the ocean and beach with very comfortable seating on the balcony as well as in the condo. The building is so well-maintained and is located in a very convenient area. I have only wonderful things to say about our stay here and would highly recommend it.

The space itself was fantastic. We had 8 women in this unit and never felt crowded. There was more than enough room for us. The views were spectacular. What we missed was the feel of an VRBO. This feels like a hotel. Hotel towels, limited toilet paper (we ran out before stay was up, limited paper towels (only 1 roll for 8 people over 5 days was not enough), and 2 garbage bags is not enough. When I stay in a VRBO, I don't worry about these things but here you need to. Also, we did a lot of cooking in the unit. There are no spices. You need to bring everything to cook-- cooking oil, garlic salt, butter, etc. The refrigerator only has baking soda in it so be prepared. We loved the views and the space. We missed some of the amenities you get with other VRBOs. We also had trouble with the gym. You need to go when someone is working in order to show them your reservation at Margate. We were never successful with the gym, and you cannot use the gym on the premises.

Everything was perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice…it’s even more beautiful! My two Aunts ( 76 & 80) had a great time. Loved the balcony rockers. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Loved the fact that we were able to watch a movie on Netflix each night. We made another reservation that added extra days to our original reservation. Great communication with Chandra. No problems. Love this place.

We felt like we had walked into the Pottery Barn and more. Every room was gorgeous yet comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was our favorite place. Rocking and watching the sunrise while laughing and drinking coffee. Great 12 days with my wonderful Aunts! We will definitely be back.
