Located in Cumberland Terrace in Kingston Resort. This split level villa has the living room, dining, and kitchen up half a flight of stairs. There are 2 bedrooms downstair. The 3rd bedroom is a loft above the living room with a day bed. Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps) and linens included.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. This unit was very clean, location was great with short drives to stores, restaurants and activities. Because of the location inside Kingston we did drive to the beach, but a short 3 minute drive. My family of 4 fit very comfortably in the space. I would stay here again.

Stayed at Cumberland Terrace for the first time at Kingston Plantation. LOVED THE CUMBERLAND TERRACE POOL. Very clean, relaxing and private. Perfect place to cool down from a day on the beach. The grounds were well taken care of and everyone was friendly. Quick drive to the beach with convenient parking and beach access. Condo was comfortable and relaxing. Close to everything we wanted to do. Loved being so close to the pool. Place is well managed and safe. There is a little corner walk up ice cream place on the premises with delicious treats! Open from 6pm-11pm. I would definitely stay here again. The DACK website wasn't very detailed. I would have preferred a book in the condo with information about what was close by, etc. That wouldn't stop us from renting again.
