This place was dirty!! All the dishes were visibly dirty. We had to go buy plastic utensils to eat there. I was not washing all their dishes. Dishwasher was broke. That got repaired. Pot holders in drawer were covered with food! Took out several coffee cups with coffee lines. Floors were filthy. I had to wash the coffee pot before I could use it and any cups. The toaster was covered in grime. Laundry room door fell off first time opening it. They did repair that. Top of washer was so dirty you couldn’t fold clothes on it. No available laundry basket. The bedding/comforters had hair on them. They did bring new bedding but there were no extra blankets to find and we asked for some. Someone else’s used towel was left in the 1/2 bath. I left message with the manager and she responded the next day and said she doesn’t check her voicemail every day. ?? This place had the room we needed but was dirty! I was told by the manager they would send out a cleaning crew to take care of the dishes and they never did. It’s just takes from vacation when you have different people coming in over several days. The view from the balcony was perfect and the walk across to the beach. Beach is clean and beautiful. Restaurant downstairs was good. I would go to forest dunes again but not this condo.
