The hotel was dirty, parking was atrocious. Had to park 2 blocks away as it was always full. The other patrons and surrounding areas were sketchy. Door constantly did not work to our room. Housekeeping only if asked. Had to return dirty towels to get clean ones.

The hotel was disgusting. It had cockroaches. The linen had stains on them and towels and the front desk could not crack a smile if their life depended on it.

The mattress was uncomfortable and unable to sleep on it. It needs to be thrown away and to replace it with a new mattress. You can feel the spring and my husband and I ended up stuck in the mattress because it shagged in the middle. We had a beautiful ocean view but when you looked down, people use the area for dogs poops, couldn’t walk on grass without stepping in poops. The parking lot was tight and lack of parking space.

Was told would have a efficiency room. When we got there we were told that they no longer had any efficeliencys anymore. They need to keep he travel agents they use updated. Room was clean but carpets especially in hallways and stairs need cleaned. Parking was also not good.

You get what you pay for

When we first arrived, it was after 3am. Which is apparently the latest you can check-in. Mike was not happy at first but then lightened up and turned out to be wonderful in helping us. We had a room with an ocean view and of the strip, which was great. Also, it was a short walk to the beach! However, the cleanliness was lacking. The towels had other people's hair (of all regions) stuck in the material threaded through... The water pressure was low, the air conditioning unit was moldy on the outside, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom after showering. We did not get to check out the pool considering we forgot our bathing suits, but it looked nice with the lazy river, a place to relax and a spot for kids to play. Overall the stay was okay, but, next time we will probably try a different hotel.

For the price it was good. Nothing wrong with the rooms at all orher then it seemed to smell of weed. We did take a smoking room due to i smoke cigarettes. But cleanliness and staff were amazing. Still worth a 5 star review

Telephone "did not" work. No soap, no washcloths, I went and got them from the person cleaning on that floor. Website shows picture(s) of laundry room for guests, "no" laundry room available, it was taken out according to front desk clerks.

Carpet in room was torn up by the entrance to the bathroom. Bathroom counter was chipped up and had disgusting stains on it. Staff at front desk not very friendly.

It’s like a motel or an inn, very dirty. Smells cigarettes and marijuana especially on the very small elevators. Only 2 elevators with very limited space, dirty, trash cans are over flowing. The room also is dirty, we stayed for 3 days but they never change or give us additional towels, they didn’t clean our room either. Very outdated, old and full of garbage motel. Also the hot tub is nice but dirty, seems like there’s no filter on it and they don’t change the water on it because the sand keeps on filling up inside. Also the aircon on the room smells disgusting, linens looks like wasn’t washed. Parking is at the other side of the street so very not accessible especially we have 2 small kids. The receptionist in the lobby when we checked in was also very rude to everyone checking in, shouted multiple times and lack of patience. Doesn’t explain things, you need to ask her for information and she will answer you back like she doesn’t want to talk. Very bad experience, will never go back to this place. The payment we made is not worth it for the bad moments and experience we had. NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE, GET OUT AND FIND ANOTHER HOTEL THAT IS WORTH IT!!!

I was not told that All the rooms are smoking. They gave me a 1 bedroom, half the size of a normal hotel room. Expedia helped me resolve and cancel the 2nd night.

The only good thing about this place is the location everything else and I mean everything it’s disgusting. The elevator smelled like pee and looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned ever there was so many handprints and looks like poop smear on the elevator door in the walls. Walking through the hallways eye witness multiple people allowing their dogs to just pee on the carpet in the hallway where everybody walks nobody was picking up after their dogs. I almost stepped in dog poop multiple times out in the grass the shower in the bathroom was disgusting. I couldn’t even give my daughter a bath. She had to take showers and we had to take showers with our shoes on because it was so nasty. I didn’t trust being in there barefoot we stayed an entire week asked if somebody could come vacuum the sand up from our room nobody ever came when we went down to ask for new towels and turned in the dirty ones I waited 15 minutes and had the worst attitude from the employees. I will never be staying here ever again and do not suggest anyone stays here.
