Our stay was pretty good. I had a good view of the beach, it was literally a minute away from our room. The restaurant inside of the hotel was good. They had an arcade and an inside store.

The amenities at the hotel were unbelievable. Also beachfront was nice. Only thing I did not like if you did not get your chairs first thing in the morning you were SOL.

Staff was approachable, courteous and helpful. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Marketing of facility was quite disappointing…”bait & switch” our room DID NOT appear as it does on the website!!! We were highly disappointed, our original room had sticky floors, so we were moved to another room which was not better. If you can, try to request Tower 3, as tower 1 and 2 are outdated and dingy!!! Rooms do not appear as they do on the website, at all! Very disappointing stay. Amenities were nice, but not the cleanliest.

Looks more like a prison than a hotel. Everything is rusty, you get no soap and a mini-tube of shampoo that's not enough even for one person - there is food in the pools (like actual chicken nugget at the bottom and a strawberry I stepped into right next to the pool) - gross. Never going back there again.
